Returns
Our policy lasts 14 days from the purchase date. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging along with all original tags attached. If you purchased items as a matching set, it is mandatory you return the items together as a set.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

- Early Release Purchased Shoes. Any shoes purchased from us before the release date of shoes will not be able to REFUND or EXCHANGE)

- Gift Cards
- Any item purchased on sale or clearance.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded with 14 days of purchase date, unfortunately, sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Once a package leaves our shipping warehouse it is no longer insured by us and its now the responsibility of the shipping carrier used. We are not responsible for any packages that may have gotten lost or delivered but never received. If something happens to your package once shipped, please contact the shipping carrier used and explain to them your issue and open a Trace Case on your package to locate it. We will not offer a refund on any packages that have been shipped but never delivered by shipping carrier, you will have to file a claim with the shipping carrier used to get a refund by them. FREE SHIPPING
When you select Free Shipping, your order will come with a tracking # only. Once your package is out for delivery the shipping carrier will not require a signature and your package may be left outside subject to the Shipping Carrier shipping procedure. If you live in an apartment/ condo we recommend you check your tracking # and make sure someone is home when your package is out for delivery or upgrade for paid shipping with signature requirement so your package is not left on the door step if no one is available.

Orders placed by 10AM EST will ship out same business day, All orders received after 10AM EST will ship out the next business day. All FREE SHIPPING orders delivery time are between 1-5 business days. If you want your order shipped via EXPRESS SHIPPING, select that option during the check out process.
